Cancellation Refund Policy

We want to take a moment to remind you of our cancellation and refund policy.

First, we want to let you know that this policy is as important for you as it is for us. A firm cancellation policy keeps you accountable and ensures that you keep the commitment to yourself. The reality is that for most people, following a nutrition and exercise plan is a ‘chore’. It becomes easy to fall back into old habits, eat something that’s not on the plan or skip a workout if you’re feeling a bit tired, stressed at work, or need to take care of some things at home. However, when clients know they’ve paid for something and there’s no way out but to get the work done, it forces them to prioritize their health and fitness. This policy dramatically decreases resistance, and the chance of failure. It is this type of consistency that ensures great results for our clients. We are the ones to make sure you do the things that sometimes you don’t really want to do but know you need to do!

When you Sign-up and Complete your payment for any of our Programs, we sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase and subsequent enrollment into our Programs. However, if you need to cancel a Program you signed up for, or are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ask for a refund (“Refund”). In such a scenario, the Refund process shall be governed by the following terms and conditions of Refund:

All Refunds are at the sole discretion of Rishi Dhingra’s Healthspan Culture.

No refunds are permissible for the Formal Consultation + Blueprint option.

Whereas for the 1-month, 3-month or Specialized Programs:

For the 1 month program

Refund within 10 days of Program activation calls for 10% deduction of the amount you paid to purchase our Program and additional deductions as mentioned below, including Formal Consultation and Blueprint fees (if presented).

There is no refund after 10 days on the 1 month program.

For the 3 month or Specialised Program

Refund within 1 Month of Program activation calls for 10% deduction of the amount you paid to purchase our Program and additional deductions as mentioned below, 1 month’s fee including Formal Consultation and Blueprint fees (if presented).

There is no refund after 1 month on the 3 month programs.

For all Programs

Any refund would be issued post deduction of actual costs incurred up to the Refund or Cancellation Request date including consultation fees, payment gateway charges (which are approximately anywhere between 5% to 15% depending upon payment methods used by you and the payment gateway chosen), exchange rate costs incurred, offers, miscellaneous statutory levies, etc.

Please be advised that the above charges will be adjusted after deducting a fixed processing fee of AED 50 (Fifty United Arab Emirates Dirham) for locations outside UAE (including Taxes and bank charges, if applicable). As far as practically possible, the refund shall be processed using the method/mode which was used to subscribe to our Program by you (for instance, if your payment for the Program subscription was received by us from you using a certain payment gateway, we will attempt to use the same payment gateway to process your Refund) within 30 (thirty) days from the date of we receiving a cancellation request from you.

‘Program Activation' Date’ and what is ‘Payment Date’ for the Program:

Payment Date for the Program is the date (GST is GMT + 4 Hours) on which you completed the payment to us using a payment gateway or other means. Whereas Program Activation Date is the date on which your Program actually commenced (the date of formal consultation) which is usually within 2 business days of Payment Date unless you have specified the Program Activation date to be a later date convenient to you. 

However, please be advised that the Program Activation date is considered to be within 5 days of Payment date by default, even when you specify a Program Activation Date that is beyond 5 days from Payment Date.

For Program renewals (“Renewals”), the new Program begins as soon as your current program ends. i.e the Renewal date is the date after which your current program ends. 

All other terms and conditions of Refund remain the same for Renewals.

Rishi Dhingra’s schedule is very limited and committed to a number of clients and each of their individual schedules and programs, set up on specific days and times each week.

Therefore, if you have booked the ‘Formal Consultation’, a cancellation fee of AED 50 is applicable if you do not attend the consultation session or cancel within 12 hours before your appointed time. If you miss your appointment, you must reschedule and pay an additional AED 50 for a new appointment.

Rishi Dhingra’s Healthspan Culture does not offer refunds simply in the event you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

We spend time addressing this topic because we never want to institute policies that can potentially upset our clients. We recognize that we are in a difficult situation as a business: our number one priority is customer service, but how is charging a client for an appointment they cannot make a good customer service initiative? At the same time, if we do not have a strict policy, our business does not succeed.

Custom Coaching (Virtual Coaching)

  1. RDHC agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior set by the UAE Consumer Protection Law (
  2. Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the RDHC is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the RDHC.
  3. Client understands RDHC is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
  4. Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental/medical  health professional, RDHC will recommend that Client inform the mental/medical health care provider.
  5. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
  6. Client agrees to the length of coaching selected in purchase. Should a client become ill or otherwise unable to complete coaching, client should contact RDHC to pause the coaching  plan. Plan pauses are managed on a case by case basis.
  7. Client understands that  hiring a coach is not the sole solution for finding motivation to complete training. RDHC is available to provide feedback, address problems and help find solutions. A coach is not responsible for reminding clients to complete all aspects of the program

Formal Consultation and Blueprint

You’re super serious about your health goals and are eager to see results soon! Perfect!
A formal consultation is the first step in this process.

If you sign up for a formal consultation, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to fill out which I use to create a customised nutrition plan or formalised blueprint for you to follow.

I analyse your answers and the metrics you’ve recorded to define goals, calories, energy balance, macronutrients, deficits and surplus. I look at micro level detailing of your eating habits and patterns and suggest foods to add or delete based on your preferences, via a formalised blueprint.

The Blueprint will also include suggestions for eating frequency, windows and patterns. It will suggest pre and post workout nutrition options and recommend supplementation based on any deficits that show up in your questionnaire. Styles and frequency of training are also recommended.

The goal is to create a sustainable short and long term strategy to ensure you’re always in optimal health.

After creating the blueprint, a consultation call is arranged during which we go through the blueprint together. I explain macros and the role of hormones in overall health and take care of any comments, concerns or questions you may have. Once we’re aligned on the route forward, the Blueprint is sent to you.

This Blueprint will serve as the guide through your transformation journey.
